About Us
Sage & Co. opened in 2015 with a simple idea: hair appointments shouldn't feel rushed or transactional. Our founder started with two chairs and a handful of loyal clients, and grew the studio one referral at a time by focusing on real consultations over quick turnarounds.
Nearly a decade later, we still limit our daily bookings so every stylist has time to actually listen before they pick up scissors.

Pricing depends on your hair length, thickness, and how much lift the color requires, so we always start with a free in-person consultation. Most balayage services range from
50-$300, and your stylist will give you an exact quote before any color touches your hair.
Yes — if something isn't sitting right within a week of your appointment, come back and we'll make it right at no extra charge. We'd rather fix it than have you leave unhappy.
For cuts, we can often see you within a few days. Color services, bridal trials, and weekend slots fill up 1-2 weeks out, so we recommend booking early if you have a specific date in mind.
Every stylist on our team is a licensed Nevada cosmetologist with ongoing training in cutting and coloring techniques, including dry-cutting for curls and coils. If you've had bad experiences elsewhere, tell us during booking so we can match you with the right stylist.
Come with clean, product-free hair and, if possible, a few reference photos of the color you're after. If you're covering gray or doing a major color change, let us know in advance so we can schedule enough time.
We're primarily appointment-based to make sure every client gets our full attention, but we're happy to fit in walk-ins when the schedule allows. Calling ahead is always the safest bet to guarantee a chair.
